حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ ، اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلًا ، وَبَيْعُ الْكَرْمِ بِالزَّبِيبِ كَيْلًا .

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مزابنہ سے منع فرمایا، مزابنہ درخت پر لگی ہوئی کھجور کو ٹوٹی ہوئی کھجور کے بدلے ناپ کر اور درخت کے انگور کو خشک انگور کے بدلے میں ناپ کر بیچنے کو کہتے ہیں۔
