حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ جَالِسًا .

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said (in the above narration No. 268), And then raise your head till you feel at ease while sitting.
