حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَقِيقٌ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ ، وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ .

Narrated `Abdullah: The Prophet, said, Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (evil doing) and killing him is Kufr (disbelief).
