حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ خَالِهِالْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: كَانَتْ تَحْتِي امْرَأَةٌ وَكُنْتُ أُحِبُّهَا، وَكَانَ أَبِي يُبْغِضُهَا، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُطَلِّقَهَا فَطَلَّقْتُهَا .
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Umar said: I had a wife whom I loved, but my father hated her. 'Umar mentioned that to the Prophet (ﷺ) and he ordered me to divorce her, so I divorced her.
