حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالثُّنْيَا إِلَّا أَنْ تُعْلَمَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ.

Narrated Jabir: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited Al-Muhaqalah, Al-Muzabanah, Al-Mukhabarah, and making an exception (in a sale) unless it is made known. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih, Gharib from this route as narration of Yunus bin 'Ubaid, from 'Ata, from Jabir.
