حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَنَامُ حَتَّى يَقْرَأَ الزُّمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَبُو لُبَابَةَ هَذَا اسْمُهُ مَرْوَانُ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَمِعَ مِنْ عَائِشَةَ سَمِعَ مِنْهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ.

`A'isha (ra) said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) would not sleep until he recited Az-Zumar and Banu Isra’il.” Muhammad bin Ismail informed me: “This Abu Lubabah’s (a narrator in the chain) name is Marwan, the freed slave of Abdur-Rahman bin Ziyad. He heard from Aisha, and Hammad bin Zaid heard from him.”
