وَرُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ صِيَامِنَا وَصِيَامِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَكْلَةُ السَّحَرِ . حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِذَلِكَ. قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَهْلُ مِصْرَ يَقُولُونَ:‏‏‏‏ مُوسَى بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَهْلُ الْعِرَاقِ يَقُولُونَ:‏‏‏‏ مُوسَى بْنُ عُلَيٍّ وَهُوَ مُوسَى بْنُ عُلَيِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ اللَّخْمِيُّ.
