حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ وَاصِلٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاتِكَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اشْتَكَتْ عَيْنِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَفَأَكْتَحِلُ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَعَمْ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِالْقَوِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا يَصِحُّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْبَاب شَيْءٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو عَاتِكَةَ يُضَعَّفُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي الْكُحْلِ لِلصَّائِمِ فَكَرِهَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي الْكُحْلِ لِلصَّائِمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ.

Anas bin Malik narrated that : a man came to the Prophet and said: My eyes are bothering me, can I use Kuhl while I am fasting? He said: Yes.
