حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ ذَكَرْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيٍّ حَاضَتْ فِي أَيَّامِ مِنًى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ ؟ قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّهَا قَدْ أَفَاضَتْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ فَلَا إِذًا . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا طَافَتْ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ فَإِنَّهَا تَنْفِرُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ:‏‏‏‏ الثَّوْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق

Aishah narrated: It was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah that Safiyyah bint Huyai got her menses during the days of Mina, so he said: Will she prevent us (from departing)? They said: She has done (Tawaf) Al-Ifadah/ So the Messenger of Allah said: In that case there is no harm.
