ثُمَّ قَالَ : لَا يَرِثُ الْمُؤْمِنُ الْكَافِرَ ، وَلَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُؤْمِنَ ، قِيلَ لِلزُّهْرِيِّ : وَمَنْ وَرِثَ أَبَا طَالِبٍ ؟ قَالَ : وَرِثَهُ عَقِيلٌ ، وَطَالِبٌ ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ : أَيْنَ تَنْزِلُ غَدًا فِي حَجَّتِهِ ؟ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ يُونُسُ حَجَّتِهِ ، وَلَا زَمَنَ الْفَتْحِ .
