وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَيَعْقُوبُ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُليَّةَ، عَنْ أيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحمَّدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: «لَا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ»، بِمثْلِ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، غَيْرَ أنَّهُ لمْ يَذْكُرِ النَّبيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَكِنْ قَدْ قَالَ: فِي آخِرِ الْحَدِيثِ صَدَقَ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that he said: The people will constantly, and the rest of the hadith is the same as that transmitted by 'Abdul-Warith with the exception that there is no mention of the Messenger of Allah in that, but he observed at the end of the hadith: Allah and His Messenger told the truth.
