وحَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ: سَأَلَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَطَاءً، فَقَالَ: أَحَدَّثَكَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا، أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ، وَلَا يُكْرِهَا»، قَالَ: نَعَمْ

Sulaiman b. Musa asked Ata': Did Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: He who has land should cultivate it himself, or let his brother cultivate it, and should not give on rent ? He said: Yes.
