وحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا»، أَوْ قَالَ: «جَائِزَةٌ
