حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، {وَلَقَدْ رَآهُ نَزْلَةً أُخْرَى} [النجم: 13]، قَالَ: «رَأَى جِبْرِيلَ»

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the (words of Allah): And certainly he saw him in another descent (al-Qur'an, Iiii. 13) imply that he saw Gabriel.
