حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْمَعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ هِلَالٍ الْعَبْسِيُّ قَالَ قَالَ جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَسُنُّ عَبْدٌ سُنَّةً صَالِحَةً يُعْمَلُ بِهَا بَعْدَهُ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ تَمَامَ الْحَدِيثِ

Jarir b. 'Abdullah reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: The servant does not introduce good practice which is followed after him.... The rest of the hadith is the same.
