أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ صَلَّى فِي اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً سِوَى الْمَكْتُوبَةِ بُنِيَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ .

It was narrated that Umm Habibah said: Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs during the night and day apart from the prescribed prayers, a house will be built for him in Paradise.
