أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: مَنْ حَلَفَ فَاسْتَثْنَى، فَإِنْ شَاءَ مَضَى، وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ غَيْرَ حَنِثٍ .
