أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ بَحِيرٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا تَحِلُّ النُّهْبَى، وَلَا يَحِلُّ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ كُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ، وَلَا تَحِلُّ الْمُجَثَّمَةُ .
It was narrated that Abu Tha'labah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Wealth taken by force is (not permissible), any predator that has fangs is not permissible, and any animal used for target practice is not permissible.
