حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَبِيعَنَّ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يُسَاوِمْ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا وَلِتُنْكَحَ،‏‏‏‏ فَإِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهَا .
