حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ الصَّوَّافِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ يُودَى بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ وَمَا بَقِيَ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ .
