أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِيَادِ بْنِ لَقِيطٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي رِمْثَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ وَرَأَيْتُهُ قَدْ لَطَخَ لِحْيَتَهُ بِالصُّفْرَةِ .
