حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَسُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَكِّيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا صَامَ مَنْ صَامَ الْأَبَدَ .

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no fasting for one who fasts continually.”
