حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَيُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْعَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ الْعَامِلُ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ بِالْحَقِّ كَالْغَازِي فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ .

It was narrated that: Rafi bin Khadij said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'The person who is appointed to collect the Sadaqah - who does so with sincerity and fairness is like one who foes out to fight for the sake of Allah, until he returns to the house.' ”
