حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرْوِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ نَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يُحَرِّمُ الْحَرَامُ الْحَلَالَ .

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: the Prophet, said: What is Haram does not make what is Halal into what is Haram.”
