حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ الصَّوَّافُ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ .

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade drinking (directly) from the mouth of a water skin.”
