حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ .

It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever tells lies about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.
