حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْبَهِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ إِنِّي حَائِضٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَتْ حَيْضَتُكِ فِي يَدِكِ .

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: The Messenger of Allah said to me: 'Get me a mat from the mosque.' I said: 'I am menstruating.' He said: 'Your menstruation is not in your hand.'
