Surah Munafiqun is the 63rd chapter (Surah) of the Quran, consisting of 11 verses. The word "munafiqun" means "hypocrites” and the Surah is primarily focused on describing the characteristics and behavior of hypocrites.
The Surah begins with Allah declaring that the hypocrites are those who claim to believe but in reality, they do not have true faith in their hearts. They try to deceive Allah and the believers, but ultimately they deceive only themselves.
