و حَدَّثَنِي بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ رُمِيَ أُبَيٌّ يَوْمَ الْأَحْزَابِ عَلَى أَكْحَلِهِ فَكَوَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Jabir b. 'Abdillah reported that on the day of Ahzab Ubayy received the wound of an arrow in his medial arm vein. Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) cauterised it.
