حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَارِسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْأَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْجُعْرُورِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَوْنِ الْحُبَيْقِ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَا فِي الصَّدَقَةِ . قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ:‏‏‏‏ لَوْنَيْنِ مِنْ تَمْرِ الْمَدِينَةِ. قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ وَأَسْنَدَهُ أَيْضًا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ.

Abu Umamah bin Sahl reported on the authority of his father: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم prohibited to accept ja'rur and habiq dates as zakat. Az-Zuhri said: These are two kinds of the dates of Madina. Abu Dawud said: This has also been transmited by Abu al-Walid from Sulaiman bin Kathir from Az-Zuhri.
