The Commercial Transactions (Kitab Al-Buyu) in Sunan Abu Dawood 3407 shows the teachings and good conduct of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was compiled by Imam Abu Dawood and has ninety hadiths that explain the guidance and messages given to the Prophet SAW. The original hadiths are in Arabic, and English translations are available to make them easier to understand.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ، قُلْتُ: وَمَا الْمُخَابَرَةُ ؟، قَالَ: أَنْ تَأْخُذَ الْأَرْضَ بِنِصْفٍ، أَوْ ثُلُثٍ، أَوْ رُبْعٍ .
Narrated Zaid bin Thabit: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم forbade mukhabarah. I asked: What is mukhabarah ? He replied: That you have the land (for cultivation) for half, a third, or a quarter (of the produce).
