حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ:‏‏‏‏ وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ سورة النساء آية 93، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هِيَ جَزَاؤُهُ فَإِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَتَجَاوَزَ عَنْهُ فَعَلَ .

About the verse If a man kills a believer intentionally Abu Mijlaz said: This is his recompense. If Allah wishes to disregard him, He may do do.
