أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ضَمْضَمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْأَسْوَدَيْنِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ .

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) enjoined killing the two black ones (snakes and scorpions) while praying.
