أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: قَدْ عَفَوْتُ عَنِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ مِائَتَيْنِ زَكَاةٌ .
