أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ:‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا لَا يَرَيَانِ بَأْسًا بِاسْتِئْجَارِ الْأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ .

It was narrated from Ibrahim and Sa'eed bin Jubair that they did not see anything wrong with renting uncultivated land.
