أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَأَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: نَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَبَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يُطْعَمَ، إِلَّا الْعَرَايَا .
