أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ، حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا .
