Topic Seeking Refuge With Allah

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْمُقْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ،‏‏‏‏ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ فِي دُعَائِهِ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا خَطَأٌ،‏‏‏‏ وَالصَّوَابُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ.

It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Yasar that he heard Abu Hurairah say: I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say in his supplication: 'Allahumma, inni a'udhu bika min fitnatil-qabri, wa fitnatid-dajjali, wa fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the trial of the grave, and the tribulation of the Dajjal, and the trials of life and death.)'
