أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ .

It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed said: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) started to pray, he would say: 'Subhanakallahumma, wa bihamdika tabarakasmuka wa ta'ala jadduka wa la ilaha ghairuk (Glory and praise be to You, O Allah. Blessed be Your name and exalted be Your majesty, there is none worthy of worship except You.)
