Sunan Abu Dawood 380

The Purification (Kitab Al-Taharah) in Sunan Abu Dawood 380 shows the teachings and good conduct of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was compiled by Imam Abu Dawood and has three hundred and ninety hadiths that explain the guidance and messages given to the Prophet SAW. The original hadiths are in Arabic, and English translations are available to make them easier to understand.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنُ عَبْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏في آخرين وهذا لفظ ابن عبدة، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَالِسٌ فَصَلَّى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ ابْنُ عَبْدَةَ:‏‏‏‏ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي وَمُحَمَّدًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا تَرْحَمْ مَعَنَا أَحَدًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لَقَدْ تَحَجَّرْتَ وَاسِعًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ لَمْ يَلْبَثْ أَنْ بَالَ فِي نَاحِيَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَسْرَعَ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَنَهَاهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّمَا بُعِثْتُمْ مُيَسِّرِينَ وَلَمْ تُبْعَثُوا مُعَسِّرِينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏صُبُّوا عَلَيْهِ سَجْلًا مِنْ مَاءٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوْ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ ذَنُوبًا مِنْ مَاءٍ .

Abu Hurairah reported: A bedouin entered themosque while the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was sitting. He offered two rak'ahs of prayer, according to the version of Ibn Abdah. He then said: O Allah, have mercy on me and on Muhammad and do not have mercy on anyone along with us. The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: You have narrowed down (a thing) that was broader. After a short while he passed a water in the corner of the mosque. The people rushed towards him. The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم prevented them and said: You have been sent to facilitate and not create difficulties. Pour a bucket of water upon it.
